WHAT IS A CLIENT FOLLOW-UP?
A client follow-up is a system for maintaining communications with past customers through a series of mailings and/or emails. In a year's time a sales professional talks to hundreds of past and future clients. Doing some contact follow-up to cultivate new or repeat business with these potential clients can be difficult, and time consuming. If you are not doing any contact follow-up, you are missing out on potential repeat business. This is where ORA comes in…
HOW DOES IT WORK?
All you have to do is provide the contact information for the client you would like to enroll in the follow-up. ORA has an innovative 6 year marketing approach incorporating personalized direct mail and direct mail response. ORA will direct mail your past (soon to be future) clients in your company and/or personal name 3 times a year for 6 years. Unlike most email client follow-up companies today, we mail them tangible attractive items that are useful to the homeowner.

No, all materials are provided at no additional cost to you. We also pay the postage with a guarantee of no additional billings for postage increases during the 6 year program.
HOW DO I RECEIVE LEADS & REFERRALS?
ORA’s client follow-up is a 2-way communications system. A referral postcard is included in every piece of personalized direct mail. These referral cards tell you if the homeowner may be thinking of selling and buying a new home or if they know of anyone who may be in the near future. These referral cards are mailed directly to you…potential extra $$$ for you.
HOW DOES A FOLLOW-UP HELP ME RECRUIT?
All referral postcards and questionnaires are designed to tell you if the client is considering a career in your profession.
HOW DOES A FOLLOW-UP PROGRAM PROMOTE MY COMPANY?
The ORA client follow-up offers you high visibility with over 18 contact mailings over a 6 year period. All of the mailings or contacts will bear your company name, broker or agents name, however you prefer it. Also included in these mailings are attractive wall calendars bearing your company, broker or agents name as you prefer it. That calendar could give you 365 days per year of exposure! Homeowners on an average will sell, buy, or re-finance their existing home within a 5-6 year time frame hence a great reason to have a 6 year follow-up.
